As a friendly reminder, Hurricane Harbor SplashTown does not allow any outside food or beverages into the park. Admission tickets and/or season pass purchases are non-refundable and are only valid for the season in which they are purchased.

Safety and Convenience

Lost Children

We cannot page lost or separated parties. Be sure to have a specific meeting place for your group. We recommend looking for your party, should they become separated from your group, in the First Aid Family Center.

Rentals and Services

First Aid/Health Services

First Aid is located behind the Wild Wave Pool.


Lockers are available next to Ocean Breeze Café. Cash and credit cards are accepted for all day long rentals.
Locker pricing $10.00 & $15.00 and $25.00.


Tube pricing: $6.00 for a single tube plus a $2.00 refundable deposit and $12.00 for a double tube plus a $2.00 refundable deposit. (Please note all rides which require tubes are provided complimentary). 

Baby Changing/Nursing Area

Changing facilities for small children are located in park restrooms and changing rooms. Diapers may be purchased at the Beach Shop located towards the front gate.

Lost and Found

For lost items visit Guest Relations at the front gate.

Private Cabana Rentals

Private Cabanas are available for all day rents to ensure a more relaxing experience. Let us wait on you!.

Credit Cards

American Express, Master Card & Visa are accepted with a valid picture ID for purchases at Guest Relations, Beach Shop, Locker Rentals and Food-n-Fun Café.

Park Guidelines

Unaccompanied Children

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Small children must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.

Line Jumping

Line jumping and other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the park without a refund.

Ride Access

For safety reasons, Guests with certain disabilities may not be permitted to some rides. Cameras and video equipment are not permitted in/on the attractions. Check Guest Relations for additional ride information. 

Valid Picture ID

Please bring a valid ID if you would like to purchase alcohol or use your credit card.


Hurricane Harbor SplashTown is smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in the private picnic areas and outside the park's front gate.

Dress Code

We ask that our Guests dress appropriately for our family theme park environment.  Proper swimwear is required for all water park attractions. Denim and swimwear with zippers, buckles, or rivets are not permitted on water park attractions. Clothing with offensive material will not be permitted inside the park. Please refrain from displaying undergarments or wearing low-riding garments. Clothing or accessories that contain or display anything that can be construed as gang colors or a gang emblem are not permitted.

Ice Chest & Picnic Baskets

Hurricane Harbor SplashTown does not allow food or beverages to be brought into the park and storage facilities are not available. You are allowed to bring in a soft sided cooler filled with bottled water. If you have brought picnic items to the park today, you will need to leave them in your vehicle. Feel free to picnic at your vehicle. A limited number of picnic tables are available outside the parks Main Gate. Please no outdoor cooking or alcohol.

Life Jackets

Complimentary life jackets are located throughout the park and are recommended for inexperienced swimmers. Children 8 year and under must be accompanied by an adult while in the water. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets may be brought to the park. Loose shirts are not allowed to be worn on body slides, however rash guards are permitted.

Season Passes

A wise investment for the frequent visitors! Season passes are good for unlimited visits to Hurricane Harbor SplashTown all season long and may be purchased online or at the park’s Main Gate entrance during regular hours of operation. Purchase your Season Pass!

A $30 fee and proper ID are required for replacement of lost or stolen season pass. Season pass look up fee is $5.00


In the event of rain, Hurricane Harbor SplashTown attractions will remain open.  If there is severe weather or lightning in the area, guests will be asked to exit the water until the weather passes.  In the event weather conditions cause all of the rides to close for a continuous 2 hours, and if you are leaving for the day, a raincheck will be issued for admission in the same operating season.

To receive a raincheck, please present your same day receipt of purchase to the Guest Relations office located at the main entrance. Season Pass holders are not eligible for a raincheck. Once rides reopen, rainchecks will no longer be issued. Rainchecks will not be issued due to weather if the park closes for the day during the last 60 minutes of the park operation.   Sorry, but we do not offer refunds.

Food & Beverage

The Park has a wide assortment of foods and beverages available, including bottled water. 


As much as we would like to accommodate guests with food allergies, we are not the food manufacturers/suppliers (we get all food and beverage product from third parties), and as such, we regret to inform you that THE PARK CANNOT, AND DOES NOT, MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE ALLERGY-FREE CONTENTS OF ANY FOODS OR BEVERAGES.  At a minimum, guests with allergy concerns should avoid any foods or beverages unless they are packaged, and you are 100% confident in the manufacturer/supplier which has provided the Park with such food or beverage.  Foods that are in any way unpackaged, prepared, or handled by the Park (as opposed to packaged goods, provided to you in a sealed package), have a higher risk of contamination with other products containing allergens, so in the interests of your safety, we strongly urge you to avoid all such unpackaged products provided by the Park.

Personal Food, Beverage and Coolers: Guests who suffer from sensitivities or life-threatening allergies may bring food into the park if they do not feel comfortable with the menu options available. In this case, the food must be limited to the individual with the allergy and may contain: two sealable sandwich bags (7x8 inches) and one snack to accommodate their visit (such as a piece of fruit, or a fruit bar, or a snack that fits in a sandwich bag).  One small soft-sided cooler may be brought into the park to carry these items. No outside beverages are permitted. Please make sure guest relations is aware of your need to do this prior to entering the park. For the safety of our guests, no glass containers are allowed and coolers will need to be checked for contents.
